The rules of our service.
These terms govern your use of Le Gars du Câble's services. By accessing our products, you agree to comply with them. Please read them carefully.
1. Streaming quality
An optimal viewing experience depends on your network access and your device's capabilities. Quality varies with your location, your bandwidth, the number of devices connected to the same network, the content selected and the configuration of the device used. We cannot offer any guarantee in this regard. Sharing a subscription results in permanent suspension.
2. Compatibility
To access the services, you must use devices that meet the system and compatibility requirements described in our FAQ.
3. Internet service and data use
You are responsible for all costs related to the network access used to reach our services. We are in no way responsible if your Internet provider blocks the service overnight. A VPN, not included, may then be required.
4. Sharing a subscription
Sharing a subscription is not allowed. You can only open one active stream at a time. By buying additional connections, however, you can watch on several devices at the same time.
5. Number of channels and movies
The number of channels and titles in the movie and series library may change based on the weekly updates made by the networks.
6. Final sale
Activation is non-refundable under any circumstances. You can request a 24-hour trial before buying, and you remain free to stop the service at any time. No refund will be issued for the current subscription period, whatever the circumstances.
7. Devices
No device is sold or endorsed by the service. We recommend doing your own research to choose the device that best fits your needs.
