What is IPTV?
IPTV stands for Internet Protocol Television: television delivered over the Internet rather than by cable or satellite. With a simple Internet connection, wherever you are, you enjoy the whole service: live channels, catch-up, movies, series, anime and cartoons.
What's the difference between Racoon TV and Omega TV?
Racoon TV is the best organized network: a dedicated Quebec category in FHD, 7-day catch-up on Quebec channels and more specialty sports. Omega TV, our new network, focuses on plenty of movies and series, Quebec and international channels, and offers 2-connection plans starting at 6 months. The exact counts for each network are shown under Plans.
Can I rewind live channels?
Yes. On Quebec channels, you can go back up to 7 days, on Racoon TV and Omega TV alike. Missed a game or a show? Find it easily.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, a full 24-hour trial. Message us on Telegram to get it. No credit card required.
Can the number of channels and movies change?
Yes. The catalogues are updated every week by the networks. The counts shown on this site are recalculated every day from the servers.
Devices and connections
Which devices are supported?
Amazon Firestick, Fire TV and Fire TV Cube, Google TV and Chromecast, Formuler and Dreamlink boxes, as well as Windows, macOS, iPhone and Android. No specific device is endorsed or sold by the service: choose the one that best fits your needs. The list isn't exhaustive: if you have another device, message us to check. How many devices can I use one subscription on?
Install the service on as many devices as you like. A standard subscription, however, allows one connection at a time, which keeps service quality high for everyone. The 2 to 5 connection plans let you watch on several devices at the same time.
Do I need a VPN?
Not in most cases. Some Internet providers occasionally block this type of service; a VPN, not included in the subscription, then solves the problem.
Is the app paid?
No. All our customers get the LGDCQC app (Tivimate Premium) for free, installed with the Downloader code shown on the Setup page.
Ordering and payment
How long does it take to process my order?
Our usual hours are 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays; hours may vary on weekends. Once your payment is sent and received, you get confirmation within a few hours. Remember to message us on Telegram after paying.
How and when do I renew my subscription?
Place a new order and choose renewal at checkout, ideally before your expiry date. The new period is added to the end of the current one: you don't lose a single day.
Are subscriptions refundable?
No. Activation is non-refundable under any circumstances, and no refund is issued for the current subscription period. You remain free to stop the service at any time. That's why we offer a free 24-hour trial before you buy. See the terms.
I was on Zappit TV, what changes?
Nothing for you as long as your subscription is active: Zappit keeps working and is still tracked on the Status page. New subscriptions and renewals now go through Omega TV, our new network.
